What we collect

Account data: your email address, hashed password (if you set one), and sign-in tokens.

Usage data: API request metadata (time, size, duration, status, key used), the URL when rendering a URL, and server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

Content: the HTML or template data you send is processed in memory to produce the PDF. Generated documents may be stored for up to 7 days so you can download them, then deleted.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, do not run third-party advertising trackers, and do not read your documents except when you ask us to investigate a rendering problem.

Processors

Payments: Stripe (card data never touches our servers). Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting and DNS: OVH and Cloudflare. Email delivery: our own mail server.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account address; we delete within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Contact [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
