Monthly and yearly plans

If a paid plan does not work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of the first payment and we refund it in full, provided fewer than 200 documents were generated in that period.

Renewals are not refunded automatically; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you forgot and have not used the service in the new period, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the renewal.

Prepaid crypto periods

Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Unused time can be transferred to another account on request.

How refunds are paid

Card refunds go back to the original card via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
